Impossibility of cancellation
Claims to use algorithms to find your perfect match. If it does these must be remarkably unsophisticated, as it kept suggesting people hundreds of kilometres from me, sometimes of the wrong gender. I wish I had read a review of the site before committing to upgrading to using its paid facility. It is expensive, and I think offers poor value. The real kick in the teeth however is the impossibility of cancellation: this site will continue to debit your card when you cancel; in my opinion this is tantamount to fraud.

Terrible to deal with!
Expectation vs reality is distant galaxies apart. Inconsiderate and financially driven above everything else. The fine print is a killer, no corporate conscience. Will tell all and sundry how bad this platform is. They disguise the renewal process. Just got slugged $600 for an app I haven’t used. Unscrupulous and deceiving. Terrible to deal with!

Money scam
Inaccurate cancellation policy. Worst service i have ever received. Tried to cancel immediately and now 6 months later I have debt collectors after me. The absolute worst , shameful money scam I have ever had the unpleasure of dealing with.

This site is just olut for your money, if you’re single and lonely this site will just make you depressed and take your money. I’ve had a profile here for months and have contacted many members with no response, I have much better luck in the real world. Avoid this site and save your money.

Bunch of fake accounts
I personally have to weed out multiple fake people every day, which translates to a complete waste of time. People go on this site to find a companion, but what they get is a bunch of fake accounts claiming to want to know you but in the end they’re trying to get your email and other types of information.

No-refund policy
Before 24 hours after I join I wanted to cancel as I had purchase their tokens along with membership. I have emailed them 3 times and no response at all. They just ignore my request. If need be I do have copies of all correspondence. Even if there was a no-refund policy they should have at least notified of that.

After two paid rounds on this site I find it very sad to continually receive notifications that a member(s) is interested, or has sent a messages, only to go to the site to see the mailbox sits empty and can not find the said person(s)… Very sad!!!

This platform is very disappointing. Premium membership is a snare for people trying to date online. Frequently receive false likes from all sorts of people. The Android mobile app is buggy and unrefined. The website isn’t much better. Professional robbery.

I won’t bother with describing worthlessness of their so-called “services”, since that is more than adequately documented in the other reviews. What really pisses me off is that you can’t access your account to delete it until you pay for a membership. Nothing but a scam.

Avoid at all costs.
They try to get extra money for what other sites include in the basic package. Your preferences for potential partners are ignored unless you pay more. You do not know if your messages have been opened unless you pay. Avoid at all costs.

The first 3 men that contacted me were not real people. They were scammers. After 2 emails there is a pattern. Their spelling is poor and they ask for your email address immediately. All three had telephone area code 437, coincidence? I don’t think so.

Bad customer service
I have been trying to cancel my membership one week after I had got it. I wrote to them never heard from them and have been paying for 8 mths, also they say the membership is 20 dollars but charge you 50 a mth. I have never known such bad customer service and there are hardly any people to choose from. Join tinder instead they don’t charge you as much and there are plenty of people to choose from.

Do not waste your time
Do not waste your time or money on this app. The terms and conditions are misleading, particularly if you choose to sign up for a premium membership. You can’t see members’ profiles until you sign up, and if cannot find what you are looking for, you will still have to pay the full price of the contract. There is no 14-day cooling-off period that is honored, except for a few American states.

I didn't like the app
First I didn’t like the app, so I asked for account to be removed. Second, when you asked for you account & personal details to be removed, they asked for the last accessed date and date of transaction, who would remember that? Plus, they ask for your ID card to verify before they can remove your account, meaning you have to give them additional personal info before they would remove your personal info from their database. That makes a lot of sense to me.

They then tell you to contact them and they will manually review it. I did this and got a generic response again saying I violated the terms but can’t tell me what I did and no manual review. Simply liars and scammers.

Not a good company. I have two friends that got blocked. And it really look if you do not sign as a paid member they block you. And the dating on that sire is the worst I ever experience. Endless writing and no meetings.

Avoid like the clap. Very few people and most use 10 year old photos. Everything costs extra. The site and app crash more often than Evel Knievel. Match or Facebook are better and the latter is free.

DO NOT USE!
This site has just taken nearly £200 from my account AFTER I deleted my bank details and accidentally hovered over the credit screen to see what the credits were all about….its crap and its banking system does not even ask for your 3 digit security on reverse of card…..why are these companies allowed to operate! I am a single mum on a budget just looking for a genuine guy, but find I am out of pocket by alot of money and most of guys are cat fishing you….DO NOT USE!

Scam app, horrible
Scam app, horrible. Works like crap, slow af. The support team sounds like bots, mod bots ban’s people for noreason from random pplos reports even they wouldn’t mean anything. I can’t understant how is this app even here anymore. The devs also made profiles of random people facebook profiles without asking permissions, think about that. Chat and date and they are the same apps, just a different names, but same logic and pplo inside. U should never touch these apps.

Pathetic, charge you even if you cancel, don’t even give a confirmation you cancelled, then when you explain you cancelled they say you haven’t hence why you have been charged and you have no proof but the fact you pressed cancel on the app, pathetic, cancellation is hidden as well and hardly anyone uses it

My account was blocked
I tried to log in to my account a few days ago and suddenly my account has been blocked for violating “community guidelines” or “terms and conditions” which I then re-read to double check and I did not violate any of these policies. I then proceeded to contact customer service to try and rectify the problem to which I received a very vague answer. My account was blocked for no apparent reason, I have read everything over and over again and my account did not violate any guidelines or etc. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

As many others my account has been blocked falsely!! I have NOT violated, threatened or been abusing anyone. I had paid for a weeks premium but they are refusing to refund as I’ve “ broken there t&c’s” which I clearly haven’t! They never listen but send out vague replies missing the point every time. They will not tell you the reason but refer you to terms and conditions which DO NOT say anything about not being refunded. They are liers And running a scam. I have found this application most annoying to use. I was in the midst of some conversations with some users on the second day of usage for this application. All of a sudden it stopped everything and I needed to verify my account, which means taking a selfie. I hate doing it and I did it like four times. And they all failed. I contacted support the same reply. Unfortunately your account wasn’t verify. How fantastic

I don’t know how I got into this trap. I paid a subscription of 25 bucks. And I got nothing out of it. I spent 2 week. I sent tons of message but not even one respond I got back. After 2 weeks I deleted the apps.

It is terrible
It is terrible and will charge you money without you knowing. One has to manually go, find the option and disable it, otherwise one gets charged. As a new user it is impossible to know that this set-up is turned on by default. So, they are legally covered by having it on by default once you sign up and agree on the terms! So, be very careful! I was charged 60$ for not knowing that because I used some services, despite the fact that I had bought a premium service! The whole site does not allow you to use anything pretty much unless you pay. It’s a rip-off! Good luck!

Most women on this site are absolutely minging and half of them don’t bother replying and 99 per cent of them have kids I want to go on a date not be a be a quick fix daddy for someone. It is a joke
The app was working great until all the sudden none of my messages are going through. I can receive them, but now all the guys I was chatting too are accusing me of ignoring them even though I am actively responding. One of them (the one I was most interested in) now blocked me. I am crying. I have emailed their support team daily and there has been no response. Its happening on the website too. It is a joke and apparently they like to make you look like a jerk.

Abusive and harassing
It is a breeding ground which engenders sexual denigration towards women. I am a female service user who spent a few weeks on the dating app. Despite reporting a large number of sexist and sexually abusive and harassing comments the site did little about it. I realised that although the men were blocked from my account the site allowed them to continue on the app and were in no way penalised or made accountable for their behaviour.

Not impressed at all about it’s service , I had card payments going out every single week of 4.99p and I checked to see if I had a subscription service and I couldn’t find one : weird !! anyway , I e-mailed to this site and they couldn’t find any such transactions on their records , they tried fobbing me off saying I may have used itunes or google to access their services but the card payment on my bank statement said card payment to this site so I don’t really know , but I now not to touch them or any other online dating subscription service ever again with a barge pole !! I don’t understand the logic of allowing people that we block to see our profile again and again? They are unable to message so why let them see our profiles? This doesn’t make sense…you just want it to seem like you have so many profiles ? I’m blocking them because I don’t want them to see me! Also i paid for a subscription but people outside my match criteria keep messaging me which is a waste of time. Wont be renewing.

I found it a quite boring site, no one talks/chats at all plus repeated profile’s over & over again, took out a 3 months subscription after a week ask for my money back which they did promptly I might add, I get messages now someone asking a question, but when you look it’s a standard generated computer question on there behalf to get you ‘chatting’ so your replying to someone who is not interested in the first place & think your odd, fell for it once & they ask for payment to read them, what a shameful scam , don’t play on someone’s heart in finding that special person, yes you need funding for your site, but do it the correct way by making a site work for people looking like me not this old nonsense..

Don’t waste your money or time subscription to this site. You see the same profiles repeatedly. That includes the ones you’ve rejected, and the ones who’ve rejected you by not replying to your messages. And it’s not just the occasional profile that returned, it’s relentless. That’s without configuring for specific profiles, height, distance etc.

This is a scam, I was given a hit about ten minutes after I posted my picture, we had a conversation and exchanged views, it looked as though we were getting on and were arranging to meet up…however the following day all our correspondence was deleted and I was informed that I had used up my time and it was obvious thar if I wished to continue it was going to cost…this is a scam, I think the person I was corresponding with didn’t exist and it was a come on to get me to subscribe. I’m glad i didn’t sink any cash into it.

A totally useless site
A totally useless site, I consider myself an intelligent person but how it is supposed to operate is a complete mystery. I am told someone has sent me a message but it does not appear under the Message section. Avoid like the plague and go to a site such as Telegraph Dating which is straight forward to use and open.

If I could give this dating website a zero I would! Raving reviews on this site but I’m sorry there is nothing to rave here. They don’t even match people to your likes and interests. II had to deactivate my account and cancel my subscription, which is still active and will only expire in Jan 2022. Please go elsewhere if you are looking for something serious because it does not do serious at all!

I just canceled my subscription because I wrote that the men there would not even reply to my messages once I told them I’m overweight and then all it was deleted by whom ever is unchanged of the site which it leads me to believe that is a man anyhow I hate the site it’s does not have good customer service actually is nonexistent!, the members here have been here for years and it’s not about them anyways, it’s about the site itself I would not recommend it for anything the worst site in the dating industry period!!!!!!
