They mysteriously disappear
If you sign up but don’t go as far as paying they send you fake messages in the hope you pay the joining fee to see it. I’ve had 3 messages, which are blurred out, that look exactly the same and then they mysteriously disappear after a few days, unlike the ones that are genuine.

Absolutely rubbish!!! Supposed to be for professional/academic people – what a joke. They take 6 months subscription in one go and you can’t search for people – you just get a couple of (massively unsuitable people) sent to you every few days. Don’t waste your money.

Really bad website
Really bad website u pay for 6 months but after a month I stopped receiving the service I paid for -I can prove this as someone who I started communicating via WhatsApp screenshot and sent me the messages he had sent via this site but which I never received!

Complete waste of money and time
Complete waste of money and time. They seem to ignore your preferences, particularly re distance. I was also concerned about their screening process, as I had some approaches from individuals who appeared to be possible fraudsters. Watch their automatic renewal process- you get no reminder until after they have charged you, which appears to be sharp practice. As for site – that appears to be a complete misdescription. I feel ripped off

DO NOT go near this site. Impossible to get out of automatic subscription even after cancellation they still take money and will not refund then will not let you delete profile as your have not cancelled subscription. But they tell you you have cancelled subscription then take money. Stay clear customer service dreadful.

I wouldn’t recommend this site
The app needs investment, it’s slow, clunky and glitches frequently when going through daily wild card matches, which means you seem to get the same person over and over again rather than 13 new people. It seems very old fashioned in comparison to the free sites such as Tinder, which is crazy given the amount they charge for this site. I wouldn’t recommend this site, save your money.

Do not subscribe
Subscription policy is intentionally misleading – they will take £209 every 6 months in advance without informing you or giving you the opportunity to cancel. Do not believe the Ts and Cs which state that there is a 14 day cooling off period – they claim that this is the initial purchase only. Do not subscribe or cancel IMMEDIATELY you subscribe for the fist time

Not happy
I have had over £209 taken out of my account and I have not authorised this. My membership says 6mths to. 21.12.21. I cannot afford this, I cannot get hold of anyone to talk to. My friend overseas was catfished by someone on this site and he still operates even though this site is aware of him. I will be taking this further. Not happy.

Stay well away them.
Let this be a warning to others. This site will not remind you when the renewal is coming up and will continue to charge you card the full fee! Trying to navigate the site to cancel your subscription or stop the auto renewal is almost impossible (broken pages everywhere) and finding the customer care contact form is pointless as they don’t even read your email and just send cloned responses. Even after informing them you wish to cancel they still take your money, the only way to stop them is to cancel your card and even if you do this they send you emails stating OUTSTANDING payment is due. Their website seems to be designed to make it impossible for people to get out of once they’re in. Stay well away them.

Ridiculously inappopriate
My matches on this site were ridiculously inappopriate, they totally ignored my search criteria. Lots of profiles were outdated ( they never write you back), and I can see why – they make it confusing to cancel, so people choose not to get involved in this challenge and they don’t delete their profiles.

Absolutely terrible……firstly I had no idea the 6 months fees would be taken up front instead of monthly……then to find no matter what search priorities I enter I still receive daily ‘matches’ that have no bearing on my chosen search criteria 😏. Don't bother wasting your money
Don’t bother wasting your money on this site, you are better off looking for potential matches on popular sites. I made the mistake of trying something different due to my age but that was a big mistake and a waste of over $100. There are very, very few singles. I have a graduate degree and asked for individuals with a similar education but that didn’t happen and still doesn’t. I am trying to be careful here and not be condescending to other people and their background. It’s not what I am looking for and am not happy with wasting money on a site that definitely has false advertising.

I've been trying to cancel my account
I’ve been trying to cancel my account and it won’t take my password, trying to reset it and it tells me it’s incorrect. The call center is supposedly temporaily closed down. I have a new debit card and credit card number so I’m sure. They won’t be will be able to charge my account.

This site is full of scammers
This site is full of scammers using stolen photos from someone else’s Instagram or Facebook page, someone was using my friends photos from Instagram and I told her about it and she’s planning on suing, I’m not surprised when I get photos from women from Ghana or Nigeria because they are two of the four countries that are notorious for scams, don’t waste your money on this site. I’m convinced that all the photos on this site were lifted.

Their customer service is poor
Too many people contacted me that live hours or states away despite the 30 mile radius I set. Their customer service is poor. No one called or emailed back when I expressed my concerns. They’ll take your money up front fro 3 months with no refunds possible, even after you are given a poor quality service. Don’t do it!

Finally gave up
The platform is inferior and feels very dated. On the app, the photos are cropped so you cannot see faces. There is no method for sorting, deleting matches. When you click on likes, the profile photo has no functionality so it’s impossible to see who liked you without looking that person up on the list of matches. Overall, a very frustrating experience – i do not have the patience to deal with it. I called the customer support number to try to get a refund and was on hold for 40 minutes. Finally gave up

8 out of 10 contacts that contacted me I was informed shortly after that they are scammers with fake profiles. It’s the worse dating site I’ve joined especially after paying for it. The app doesn’t work well either. They need to do proper verification before allow profiles to be seem.

What a nightmare.
You can never reach them. You can’t report a sleazebag on their site, and that is ALL you will encounter. Their website states: “go here to report someone,” but will not route you. “Fill out this form” to complain, and no form pops up. I reported them to the FBI! They hook scammers up with victims and you pay $200 to be lied to non-stop. What a nightmare.

The worst that ive ever got to experience. From people quality, unfriendliness of the app, unfiltered offensive profiles, blank profiles, profiles totally opposite of what you ask or hope for. Question is, everyone’s complaining about the same things, all true, but how can we solve the issue, at least if we lost the money others won’t. Could they be banned? It was the only transaction my CC asked me to confirm this purchase… go figure. Couple of weeks into it n already anxious how could i cancel successfully n erase the profile…who owns this company n what makes their practice legal?

This site is a complete rip off
This site is a complete rip off and there was absolutely nothing special about the platform or the matches. Many employ profiles, was unable to control the distance (minimum is 50 miles!). Customer service refused to address my concerns and instead just kept sending me useless advice, such as I should ask matches to upload photos! I don’t think so.

This app is a piece of crap
First of all, they scam you to sign up, tell you that you have a time period to cancel. You can’t cancel or delete the account. There is no one in your radius to date. You can’t select filters to keep people from other countries or provinces messaging you or old men for that matter. Password never worked. You would have to re-set it every time. You can’t even delete their account. There are sooo many technical issues. This app is a piece of crap.

This is such a joke… after they ask you all the questions, they match you with smokers, drinkers and on and on. All the things you said you don’t want. The guy I met was a deviant rapist. Nice at first but manipulative, culminating in a rape he seemed proud of. I kept telling russianbrides to stop taking money each month via PayPal. STAY AWAY from this site.
I have tried a few dating app sites and this one was by far the worst value for the money spent. The others I tried had much better quality men for FREE compared to this one which falsely claimed many things which did not prove to be the reality. On top of that, I thought I was signing up for a 6 month membership for which I paid to try only to have it RENEW automatically for another 6 months and their customer service was so poor and frustrating when I replied that I wanted to cancel it immediately! Totally a waste of money PLUS fraud if you ask me! VERY unhappy and unimpressed customer so STAY AWAY from this site.

It is very expensive
This site markets itself as a site for professionals. While there are some professionals, many were not. The default search is for 500 miles. You have to manually change this every time you search unless you want matches across the country! You also had to change the age preferences every time you searched. My biggest gripe with this site is the high number of scammers/phishers who create a fake profile and try to get your contact info. This happened to me almost weekly in the two months I was on the site. I would receive an email from the site telling me they were “investigating ” a person who had been in contact with me. This never happened on the other site I tried. Finally, it is very expensive and I found it not to be worth the money for the reasons set forth above. There are definitely better options out there.

Lost count of how many bogus emails I received about “a friend, colleague, brother, whatever, of a member seeing my profile and wanted to connect. Blah, blah, blah… please send your contact info…!” and then all the emails from this site about profiles being reviewed and to please not contact any further… Not trustworthy by any means. Its gives you poor matches
Its gives you poor matches and doesn’t give you the chance to search. You just have to accept what matches they give you. From the start, the autorenew facility is switched on and no warning is given in advance so it automatically renews after 6 months and there is no right to cancel. The first thing I would so is go in and turn off autorenew. Saying that, there are better sites that do allow you to search.

I regret wasting my time
This website used to be great, now it’s this annoying thing that I regret wasting my time joining. I can’t seem to find how to just browse people’s profiles without doing the like or don’t like swiping thing, so you only see 1 person at a time. Could be there forever! Keep away
I went on this site for free. I did not sign up to any agreement. On looking on line there fee is $9.99 or thereabouts a month. For the last two months since I viewed their site they have deducted $99.00. I lodged a complaint with PayPal and they said I had a payment agreement wit B2. As far as I know I never agreed to any deductions let alone $99.00 a month. All I did was take up the free offer and have a look. Keep away from this site it is not safe if they can trick you like that. Also there should be stronger consumer protection against such people.

All ignored
I found that the same profiles on other cheaper sites were also on this site. However, my primary concern and gripe is that I’m finding it EXTREMELY difficult to cancel my subscription. They have automatically renewed my subscription even after I’d made it very clear that I wanted to cancel through 3 emails. All ignored. They are ripping us of our money
These guys signed me up for a year subscription and took $370 out of my account. I was unaware what I was signed up for. I have been emailing for days and they just keep sending me the terms and conditions. I’m so angry and frustrated. As a single Mum of 3 young kids I need all my money!! I can see from other reviews on here that they are doing it to quite a few people. Is there something we can do? Fair trading or something? However it is an American site. It's an absolute JOKE
What are people doing about getting sucked into the 12 months contract? Can anyone help me? I refuse to pay as I did NOT sign up for 12 months. Will this give me a bad credit rating? I have spoken to this site and got absolutely nowhere. Now I have a collection agency after me. Absolutely FURIOUS!!!! The 800+ negative reviews should speak for themselves. I have never visited their site and yet today I got an email from them saying ‘welcome to this site’ they also sent a support id and pw but, as I didn’t create the account, I can’t login to delete the account. I’ve written to them telling them to delete the ac NOW but nothing so far. Reputable companies confirm subscriptions before creating accounts but not this mob so I assume they either created it on purpose (so they are scammers) or some idiot put the wrong email address in and this site doesn’t confirm before creating accounts !

Just an awful app
Just an awful app. There is so few matches in your area to start. The app itself is useless and put off date. It buffers and doesn’t load. Then when you contact their customer service team they keep telling you to uninstall and reinstall the app. When you decide (very quickly) this isn’t worth the ridiculous amount of money being charged and try to cancel, you will be informed that it isn’t possible as per their terms and conditions.

I’m really disgusted with this site. Six month into a twelve months plan they charged me for another plan that I did not subscribe to. They charged me $658.80 for the new plan! I emailed them, explained the situation, and they didn’t help and even wrote at the end of the email that their “decision was final”. Reading between the lines, they weren’t to listen to me or help me resolve the problem. I reached out to Fair Trading, explained my situation and had a case manager work on my behalf. They were able to contact this site and get my money back. I’m shocked with this behavour. Stay away from this awful company.

This site needs to be sued
This site needs to be sued! I used service for 2weeks and cancelled. Now they have turned me into to collection after 6 months to extort a 1 year membership fee. No cooling off period, matches don’t match or live in my area. This dating site is old and changed their personality match test. (example of questions…which ink blob do you like better?! None of my matches matched! this site told me to lower my expectations. I guess I should not expect to meet someone in the same state, or someone I have anything in common with.
